The selection of floor springs is mainly based on the weight of the door to choose different types of floor springs.
The weight of the door is calculated according to the national standard. The weight per square meter of 1mm thick ordinary and tempered glass is 25KG. The current domestic commonly used 12mm thick door is 2.3m high and 1m wide. Its weight should be (2.3X1)X(12X2.5)=69Kg .Add the weight of all fittings to the weight of the door to get the total door weight.
The product is divided into five types of floor springs
1. Economic type with a maximum load capacity of 80Kg
2. The maximum load-bearing capacity of popular type is 90Kg-100Kg
3. The maximum load-bearing capacity of the professional series is 120Kg
4. The maximum load capacity of the double cylinder series is 150Kg
5. The maximum load-bearing capacity of heavy-duty series is 180Kg
